A Happy Accident
Initially, the Kang family wanted to have their photoshoot at the Lover’s Beach; but in order to get there, you must ride a small boat. At the morning of the shoot dad had second thoughts and decided to have their photos taken at the Grand Solmar beach instead. It was a “happy accident”, as the pictures came out beautifully, not just because of the beautiful backdrop but because of the precious moments we managed to take.
Beautiful Photos of a Beautiful Family We started to shoot late-evening until sunset. Our particular favourites were the shots of their silhouettes against the beautiful sunset. This family did not need any directions from our photographer, Diego, at all. The Kang family was very natural and had an endearing energy that we couldn’t stop capturing. One could see that love that emanated from these photos. This is magic that Photoshop can’t even create.
Happiness in a Photo As we reviewed the photos (trust us, it was difficult for us to choose the best ones, because everything turned out perfectly), it was sheer happiness that we saw in each photograph. The looks they gave to their 8-year-old daughter and to each other as husband and wife are one of the reasons why we love what we do—it’s capturing happiness in photos and immortalizing each one so families can look back at their unforgettable trips together.

Bobbi booked this shoot for his daughter whilst they were on vacation in Cabo, a perfect opportunity to celebrate. The shoot took place on the Grand Solmar Hotel Beach during sunset, our favorite time to shoot with Cabo’s picturesque sunset in the background. Each of our sessions are tailored to everyone of our clients needs, this meant we were also able to get some family portraits as well as the senior portraits.

Wedding season is fast upon us! During this busy period a lot of people struggle to find the perfect gift for their close friend for their special day. Last month we had an enquiry from Paulina a long time friend and client, she wanted to get her close friend Amanda a thoughtful gift for their wedding. Paulina and Amanda both grow up in Cabo San Lucas. Paulina choose to bring us out to Santa Monia for the love birds engagement photo shoot! A great gift idea that the happy couple would never forget and be able to treasure their photos forever.
We spent the afternoon with Amanda and Brendan up in Santa Monica at the pier and by the fair, a very magical day! We got some beautiful shots with the sun setting under the pier and not to mention with gypsy the cutest dog ever. Congratulations Amanda and Brendan, we cannot wait to see you on your wedding day!

At Cabo Pictures we work with many businesses across Cabo, we have been lucky enough recently to be taking photographs of the hottest DJs within the music industry.
From February 23 – 24 we had the pleasure of covering the Hakkasan Group and Grupo Vidanta launch of OMNIA Dayclub, Herringbone Los Cabos, SHOREbar Los Cabos, and Casa Calavera, a whole new entertainment and restaurant district by Hakkasan Group in Cabo. These venues are the place to be for beautiful decor, sensational food and the latest music presented by some of the most well-known DJs in the world!
One of our highlights of the event was when the music legend Zedd took over the beachside pool party. His music and performance is not to be missed and this topped off an immense launch day with the pool packed full of partygoers soaking up the Baja sun. Our photographers were there to cover the whole day and made sure no moment went by without a quick snap! The first night we had Steve Aoki ramp up the night. Later that weekend, the iconic Calvin Harris took over the DJ booth and closed out the action-packed Grand Opening Weekend with a memorable headlining set going on until the early hours of the morning.
The opening welcomes a new era of entertainment and dining at Vidanta Los Cabos, making for a fully incredible, day-to-night experience for partygoers, visitors, and locals alike.
